What we collect

Nothing you enter into the calculators or the dashboard is sent to us. All calculations happen in your browser.

My Health Dashboard

The dashboard saves your entries (weight, measurements, workouts, meals and goals) only in your browser, in local storage on your device. We have no accounts and no server copy, so we cannot see, recover or delete this data. You can delete it at any time with the button on the dashboard or by clearing your browser data. An encrypted backup file is created in your browser with a password you choose and is saved only where you save it.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use cookies, third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

Counting visits

We count visits to the tool pages so we know which tools are used. Our server does this, not your browser. From your IP address, browser data and the current date we compute a one-way, pseudonymised code that changes every day, so it cannot be used to follow you from one day to the next. Only this code and the name of the tool are sent to our own statistics panel, never your IP address, browser data or country. The codes are kept for 2 days at most; we permanently store only daily totals. Robots are not counted. The basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and you may object.

Not medical advice

The tools give general estimates. They do not replace a doctor, dietitian or trainer.

Hosting

The site is delivered by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data such as your IP address in its server logs to run and protect the service.
